Korameenu Fry is one of my all time favorite fish recipe. And, here’s the full recipe for you to try.
Korameenu Fry – Video Recipe
Step 1
Add 2 medium onions, 4 green chillies and a few coriander leaves into a mixer. Make a fine paste and keep it aside
Step 2 – The Korameenu Fry Marinade
For the marinade, add the following ingredients to 800 g fish and refrigerate for atleast half an hour
2tsp Salt
2tsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
2tsp Coriander Powder
2tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2tbsp Olive Oil
Half a lemon
Onions, chillies and coriander leaves paste
Step 3
In a open pan, add 3 tbsp of oilve oil and add the fish pieces
Shallow fry the pieces on a low flame and then turn them over after 3 minutes
Wait for another 3 – 4 minutes and the Korameenu fry is ready to serve !!!
Step 4
Garnish with coriander leaves, onions, chillies and serve with rice.
